Ma Jun, Chairman of Green Finance Committee of China Society for Finance and Banking, and President of the Institute of Finance and Sustainability (IFS). He served as Co-Chair of G20 Sustainable Finance Working Group, a member of Monetary Policy Committee of People's Bank of China (PBoC), Chief Economist at Research Bureau of PBOC, Director of Center for Finance and Development at Tsinghua University, Chief Economist and Investment Strategist for Greater China with Deutsche Bank, Senior Economist at the World Bank, and Economist at the IMF.

Bai Yunwen, Vice President of the Institute of Finance and Sustainability. She is a seasoned advocate for the fields of international financial mechanisms, climate and green finance, as well as natural capital investment, advancing domestic and international collaborations and research topics. She brings over a decade of experience on UN climate negotiations, tracking on mitigation, carbon trading and financial mobilization. Heading the Taskforce on Biodiversity Finance of the Green Finance Committee of China Society for Finance and Banking, her expertise extends to financing biodiversity, blue finance, and the realization of ecological product value.

MO Lingshui, Member of the Technical Committee on Sustainable Finance at the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and expert on the Common Ground Taxonomy (CGT) under the International Platform on Sustainable Finance (IPSF). She also serves as a guest researcher at the Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at Renmin University of China and a distinguished professor at the School of Economics and Business Administration, Central China Normal University. She has extensive experience in international and domestic carbon markets and trading, climate change mitigation, climate finance, clean energy policies and financing mechanisms, and green finance. She has contributed to the writing and editing of several books and articles—both in Chinese and English—on carbon markets, clean energy finance, and green finance.

ZHANG Fang is dedicated to advancing green and sustainable financial innovation, by contributing policy insights for green finance and assessing green finance reform and innovations pilot zones. She has led and actively participated in research and construction of multiple financial industry standards and group standards related to green finance and ESG, provided research support and decision-making references for green finance and low-carbon development in various provinces and cities, proposed a roadmap for the green transformation of banks, and led multiple research projects in green finance, transformative finance, ESG and other fields.

CHEN Yingjie graduated from Duke Kunshan University with a Master's Degree in Environmental Policy. She is a consistent observer of global climate governance, and a regular participant in UN Climate Change Conferences, contributing insightful commentaries and articles. With a wealth of expertise from leading studies on green finance, climate investment and financing, and adaptation investment and financing, she excels in crafting policies, improving standards, and implementing strategies for climate change and sustainable development.

ZHANG Hong has an extensive background in institutional operations and management, years of experience from serving in domestic manufacturing listed companies, expertise spanning across financial management, accounting, internal control system, and tax audit, and knowledge of establishing compliance management systems of institutions and social organizations.

DAI Wei graduated from Zhejiang University of Technology with a Master's Degree in Environmental Science and Engineering and worked for a well-known carbon markets and energy consultants in China. His research encompasses biodiversity finance, climate investment and financing, and transition finance. He boasts experience in crafting strategic climate change responses and carbon peak plans for various regions.

Holds a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Nanjing Forestry University. Previously served at a leading domestic carbon asset management firm, with hands-on experience in carbon emissions accounting and carbon market transactions across product, organizational, and regional levels. Currently engaged in research on green finance and transition finance.

SUN Zaoxia graduated from Shanghai University with a Master's Degree in Environmental Science and Engineering and for a well-known environmental technology company in Zhejiang Province, with relevant working experience in ESG of listed companies and clean production of solid waste enterprises. SUN actively researches in green finance and transition finance.

Tian Luhua, Master's degree in Climate Change from the University of Manchester, with an interdisciplinary background in finance and sustainable development. Research areas focus on green finance, climate risk assessment and management, energy transition, and carbon accounting methods for financial institutions. Participated in the preparation of ESG reports for financial institutions, with a solid understanding of ESG disclosure frameworks and regulatory requirements, and strong skills in information organization and analysis.

HE Rumeng graduated from Northeast Agricultural University with a master's degree in Landscape Architecture and worked in a state-owned enterprise. Mainly responsible for carrying out the organization's communication work and cooperating with and supporting the organization's operation work.

Hong Chen graduated from Zhejiang Gongshang University with a major in  Public Administration, she has worked in  Huzhou Research Institute, Zhejiang University Currently responsible for the internal affairs management of the institute, external reception and liaison, Party-building activities, as well as the management and implementation of the institute's system framework.
