On June 6, 2026, the first-half session of the Green Finance Professional Competence Examination (GFPC) was successfully held in Huzhou. A total of 90 candidates from financial institutions, enterprises and other related sectors sat for the exam. With strong support from the General Office and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Huzhou Municipal People's Government in Zhejiang Province, the examination was jointly launched by Huzhou Institute of Green Finance and Sustainable Development (hereinafter referred to as Huzhou IGFS) and Beijing Institute of Green Finance and Sustainable Development (hereinafter referred to as Beijing IGFS). It aims to comprehensively improve the professional capabilities of practitioners in the green finance sector and cultivate interdisciplinary professionals for the talent pool of the green finance industry.
